  • This depends on the size and scope of the property. A styling consultation may take a few hours, while a full vacant installation is typically completed within one to two days. We’ll always provide a clear timeline in advance.

  • Our standard staging period is usually 4-6 weeks, which aligns with most marketing campaigns. Extensions can be arranged if needed, although this will depend on availability and future scheduling. Extensions should be requested as far in advance as possible.

  • Our full staging service includes furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, lighting, and accessories in your living room, kitchen/dining area and the principle bedroom. However, each project can be tailored, and we can offer additional rooms staging for clients if required.

  • Not at all. We believe in enhancing what’s already there. Our approach respects a property’s history and architecture, ensuring the final presentation feels authentic, balanced, and inviting.

  • Costs vary depending on the size of the property and level of furnishing required. Following an initial consultation, we provide a clear, itemised quote so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Ideally, staging is arranged before photography and marketing begin. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.

  • Yes. We regularly collaborate with estate agents, developers, and private sellers to ensure each property is presented strategically and professionally.
