Home Staging
First impressions sell properties. Home staging is one of the most powerful tools to maximise value and reduce time on the market.
At SaltStone our philosophy is simple: a property should feel like a beautifully designed home, not a staged space. We offer an elevated design-led service to every staging project; curating timeless furnishings, mixing vintage and modern pieces, and adding small details that bring warmth, character and lifestyle to the property. This creates interiors that feel natural, layered and aspirational, helping buyers to form an immediate emotional connection the moment they walk through the door. The result? Stronger first impressions, higher perceived value, and more competitive offers.
What do we mean by home staging?
Home staging is the strategic process of preparing a property for sale, to make it appeal to the highest number of potential buyers. We offer rented furniture and accessories for fixed term periods that enable clients to showcase a home's best features, aiming to sell faster and for a higher price.
the art of property presentation
Professionally staged homes are proven to sell up to three times faster and can achieve 5–15% higher sale prices.
